SkinPharmacy had premium, science-backed wellness products — but
their brand message lacked clarity. They struggled to communicate their
value proposition in a saturated skincare space, where customers were
overwhelmed with mixed claims.
They faced key hurdles:

  • A clinical look, but no emotional brand appeal
  • Inconsistent sales despite a high-performing product range
  • No structured funnel to differentiate B2C (retail) vs B2B (clinics &
    resellers)
  • Weak educational content around high-ticket items (e.g., injectable kits,
    IV drips)
  • Zero influencer or UGC traction, resulting in trust gaps for first-time
    buyers

Advertising efficiency improved dramatically, with ROAS increasing 165% (2.3x to 6.1x) while achieving an industry-leading €7.40 cost per clinic lead.

By leveraging data-driven testing and content strategies, the team not only scaled conversions efficiently but also built powerful marketing assets, creating 40+ UGC content pieces from scratch. The campaign’s precision delivered 162% higher website conversion rates (1.6% to 4.2%) and 700% more email revenue (€1.2K to €9.6K monthly).

2. Ad Funnels for Retail Buyers & Clinic Leads (Meta + Google)

We created two segmented funnels:

A. Retail B2C Funnel:

  • Skincare Reels like “The Glow Starts Within”
  • Bundle ads (e.g., “Whitening + Glutathione – Limited Combo Offer”)
