BeautyWays had built a loyal offline customer base, but their online image
didn’t reflect their service quality. They had no structured booking system,
limited visibility outside their neighborhood, and missed huge
opportunities on Instagram. They needed to evolve into a modern, clientmagnet beauty brand.

By leveraging data-driven testing and refinements, the team not only scaled order generation efficiently but also amplified customer value metrics, with 28% higher average order value (from €54 to €69) and 228% increased repeat customer rate (from 9.5% to 31.2%). The campaign’s precision also dramatically reduced the checkout abandonment rate by 45% (from 71% to 39%).
