Email conversion rate improved by 248% (from 3.1% to 10.8%), while organic traffic grew by 321% (from 1.4K/mo to 5.9K/mo).

By leveraging data-driven testing and refinements, the team not only scaled order generation efficiently but also amplified customer value metrics, with 28% higher average order value (from €54 to €69) and 228% increased repeat customer rate (from 9.5% to 31.2%).
