THE CHALLENGE:-
Despite having world-class olive groves and an exquisite product line,
Olives Groves lacked an online brand identity that reflected their rich
heritage and product quality.
They faced:
- Weak eCommerce visibility, especially in English-speaking markets
- Outdated website with poor mobile UX
- No storytelling around origin, health benefits, or pairing ideas
- Low repeat customer rate due to lack of CRM/retargeting
- Inconsistent international conversions due to unclear shipping offers
They needed to evolve from a “local artisan supplier” to a global gourmet
olive brand — with a clean, credible, and conversion-focused presence.

By leveraging data-driven testing and refinements, the team not only scaled order generation efficiently but also amplified customer value metrics, with 28% higher average order value (from €54 to €69) and 228% increased repeat customer rate (from 9.5% to 31.2%). The campaign’s precision also dramatically reduced the checkout abandonment rate by 45% (from 71% to 39%).
Through strategic optimizations, the campaign achieved outstanding results:

1. Visual Identity & Mediterranean Storytelling
We gave the brand a premium Mediterranean look, using warm natural
tones (olive green, beige, stone gray) and rustic textures in the imagery.
Photoshoots were directed around:
- Olive harvesting process
- Drizzling shots on freshly baked bread or grilled vegetables
- Clean product-flatlays with artisan props
We also launched Reels and Instagram stories focused on:

2. Shopify Store Revamp & International eCom Setup
- Full redesign of OlivesGroves.com into a multilingual, mobile-first
Shopify store - Added auto-currency conversion, EU shipping calculator, and product
bundles - Created product detail pages that told each oil’s story — origin, harvest
date, taste notes, and food pairings
3. Meta & Google Ads for Global Gourmet Buyers
We built a geo-targeted ad funnel with:
- Emotional origin-story videos (e.g., “From Grove to Table – Spanish
EVOO Heritage”) - Product carousels for tapenades, infused oils, and gifting bundles
- Retargeting with shipping perks like “Free EU Delivery Over €45”
4. Email Flows & Seasonal Campaigns
Using Klaviyo, we created:
