THE CHALLENGE:-

Natural Wonders had a great product line but struggled with sales. The
brand had:

  • A small social presence
  • No eCommerce funnel
  • No data on customer journeys
  • Reliance on low-quality influencers & word of mouth

Despite great reviews from existing users, monthly sales were
inconsistent, and brand recognition was near zero in the competitive
herbal beauty space.

The return on ad spend improved by 237% (from 1.6x to 5.4x), while influencer revenue skyrocketed by 620% (from Rs. 25K to Rs. 180K).

By leveraging data-driven testing and refinements, the team not only scaled order generation efficiently but also achieved viral social media success, with organic reel views exploding from less than 1K to over 480K. The campaign’s precision also boosted conversion metrics, with a 171% higher email conversion rate (from 2.1% to 5.7%) and a 39% reduction in cart abandonment (from 68% to 41%).
