TooGoodCosmetics – Trendy Dropshipping Beauty Brand

THE CHALLENGE:-

Too Good Cosmetics had a viral-friendly product catalog but lacked:

  • Brand identity to stand out from other dropship stores
  • Ad structure beyond random boosted posts
  • No customer retargeting or influencer re-use strategy
  • A weak Shopify store with low trust signals (no reviews, slow load
    times)
  • No long-term retention or loyalty plan — pure one-shot traffic

They had short bursts of success from product trends but no long-term
conversion engine.

STRATEGY: “WEARABLE STYLE. SCROLL-STOPPING PRESENCE.” :-

We kept the viral energy — but added structure, funnel depth, and brand
trust. Our goal was to turn TooGoodCosmetics from “just another TikTok
brand” into a repeat-purchase beauty business with influencer firepower
and ad systems that convert on autopilot.

A year-over-year comparison revealed exceptional progress, including a 575% surge in daily orders (from 20 to 135+) and a 164% increase in TikTok ROAS (from 3.1x to 8.2x). Meta ROAS improved by 115% (from 2.6x to 5.6x), while the overall conversion rate increased by 318% (from 1.1% to 4.6%).

By leveraging data-driven testing and refinements, the team not only scaled order generation efficiently but also amplified customer loyalty metrics, with 654% higher email revenue share (from 2.4% to 18.1%) and 326% increased repeat buyer rate (from 6% to 25.6%). The campaign’s precision also established an effective 34% WhatsApp cart recovery rate.

1. Brand Identity + Shopify Revamp

We created a high-energy, Gen Z-friendly identity:

  • Bold pinks, glossy visuals, and sassy copywriting
  • Highlighted vegan, cruelty-free, dermatologist-tested tags

Rebuilt Shopify with:

  • UGC testimonials
  • Mobile-optimized bundles
  • Sticky offers like “Buy 2 Get 1 Free + Free Global Shipping”

2. Viral Product Funnel Strategy (Meta + TikTok Ads)

We focused on fast-selling products and trend-based ad creatives,
launching multiple funnels around:

  • Lip Plumper Gloss
  • Glow Booster Drops
  • Ice Roller & Face Sculpting Tool

Funnel Structure:

  • UGC-style Reels (“I tried this €14 lip gloss so you don’t have to”)
  • Side-by-side result carousels
  • Scarcity + Free Shipping urgency ads

3. Influencer UGC + Paid Spark Ads

We built a UGC creator network of beauty influencers from Ukraine, Poland,
and the UK.

They created:

  • “Unbox and Try” Reels
  • 7-day glow challenge
  • Lip filler dupe tutorials using the plumper

4. WhatsApp & Email Retargeting Automation

We connected WhatsApp for:

  • Checkout reminders
  • Back-in-stock alerts
  • Influencer code-based restock nudges

Email flows included:

  •  Abandoned cart (3-step)
  • Post-purchase product pairings
  • “VIP restock early access” for most engaged buyers
