Bellissima Fashion – Women's Clothing Brand

THE CHALLENGE:-

Bellissima Fashion had stylish, well-designed clothing — but was lost in the noise of Pakistan’s saturated fashion scene. They struggled with inconsistent sales, poor reach outside of existing followers, and a social media feed that lacked visual identity or storytelling.
They also had no structured campaign calendar, no influencer relationships, and weren’t running any optimized paid ads. Despite having great products, they lacked the brand power and digital structure to scale.

We turned Bellissima Fashion into a digitally visible, shoppable brand by redesigning its content identity, leveraging smart paid media, and bringing a fashion-forward feel to every visual and ad experience.

A year-over-year comparison revealed exceptional progress, including a 436% surge in monthly orders (from 110 to 590+) and a 369% increase in Instagram engagement rate (from 1.3% to 6.1%). The cost per purchase decreased by 59% (from Rs. 520 to Rs. 210), while return on ad spend improved by 195% (from 1.9x to 5.6x).

By leveraging data-driven testing and refinements, the team not only scaled order generation efficiently but also amplified influencer marketing performance, with 633% higher revenue (from Rs. 18K to Rs. 132K). The campaign’s precision also boosted website conversion, with a 193% increase in add-to-cart conversion rate (from 3.2% to 9.4%).

and themes in sync with international trends — but tailored to desi
aesthetics.

Bellissima’s website was redesigned for speed, mobile flow, and direct
